Sales Manager, NetSuite Solutions (Individual Contributor)
This role is all about hunting and closing NetSuite opportunities—no direct team management required. You’ll be the go-to expert for driving revenue and shaping our ERP growth.

Responsibilities
- Drive the full NetSuite sales cycle from presales qualification through discovery, demonstrations, proposal, negotiation, and deal closure
- Consistently meet or exceed assigned sales quotas and revenue targets for NetSuite ERP in your territory or segment
- Qualify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts and contribute to crafting comprehensive proposals
- Maintain active engagement with prospects and clients throughout the sales process, positioning NetSuite’s value proposition
- Collaborate with pre-implementation and delivery teams to tailor solutions that meet customer requirements
- Lead contract negotiations for complex transactions—defining terms, pricing, and service-level agreements
- Accurately forecast pipeline and sales outcomes using CRM tools; keep opportunities up to date
- Provide market and competitive feedback to refine sales strategies and guide product enhancements
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced business/technical certification preferred
- Minimum 2 years of direct NetSuite ERP sales experience with a proven track record of driving SaaS-based deals
- Minimum 3 years of broader ERP sales experience, including enterprise or SaaS solutions
- Expert knowledge of NetSuite modules, suitelets, and ecosystem partners
- Exceptional presentation, negotiation, and communication skills
- Strong analytical skills to interpret pipeline data, forecast accurately, and identify trends
- Highly self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable as a 100% individual contributor
- Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office suite
