S Universe is looking for a motivated and energetic **Business Development Representative (BDR)** to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a **recent college graduate in Philippines** with strong customer service skills who is interested in building a career in sales and business development.

### **What You’ll Do**

- Support lead generation efforts through cold calling, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach

- Engage and communicate with prospective clients in the U.S. market

- Qualify leads and set up initial conversations for the sales team

- Maintain accurate records of outreach and follow‑ups in our CRM

- Collaborate with internal teams to improve outreach strategies and messaging

### **What We’re Looking For**

- Recent college graduate or early‑career professional

- Strong customer service or client‑facing experience (internships, part‑time roles, or call center experience welcomed)

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

- Comfortable speaking with clients over the phone and via virtual channels

- Self‑motivated, organized, and eager to learn

- Familiarity with LinkedIn, email outreach, or sales tools is a plus, but not required
