Sales Manager of NetSuite

The Sales Manager supports the Director of Sales by overseeing day-to-day sales operations and is responsible for identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and closing sales to achieve company revenue targets. This role is pivotal in driving the company's growth by understanding customer needs, presenting appropriate solutions, and delivering a high level of customer service. They act as the face of the company, representing its products and services in the market.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Lead the sales process cycle from discovery to close Develop and execute a sales plan to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities.
- Identify, qualify, and develop partnerships within the ERP ecosystem.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders (Internal and External).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and customer success, to ensure customer satisfaction and retention of business customers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including NetSuite Solution Consultants, Functional, Technical, Project Managers and Finance team.
- Actively participate the internal sales meetings to review deal flows and sales pipeline with the BDR team.
- Manage sales through prospecting, lead qualification, forecasting, resource allocation, account strategy, and planning.
- Provide accurate and timely sales forecasts and reports to management.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, product updates, and competitive landscape.
- Proactively developing and leading sales opportunities through prospecting, qualifying, solutioning, and closing NetSuite ERP solutions.
- Demonstrates effective understanding of target audience including industry knowledge and key business issues Seller Universe NetSuite ERP solutions can address, industry trends, and competition.
- Proactively interacts through in person and remote meetings as well as phone/email communications to key prospects up to and including C-level executives.
- Builds product and consulting services knowledge of ERP solution offerings as well as continuously developing sales skills.
- Displays effective research techniques to uncover valuable information about prospects that will have a high impact on lead qualification.
- May plan, promote, participate in and represent the Firm in events and community organizations where potential sales opportunities may be identified and developed.
- Collaborate with the internal team to create solution proposals encompassing all aspects of the business applications.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
- Attend events, conferences and tradeshows assigned by the company.
- Any other adhoc responsibility that may be assigned in the course of sales process.
