Yen is a seasoned IT professional with a strong background in enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems. With a Bachelor's degree from Adamson University, Yen embarked on a successful career in the IT industry.

Yen's journey began at SAP, where they honed their technical expertise as a Technical Consultant specializing in SAP Business One. Their role involved meticulously mapping business processes and configuring the system on both SQL and Hana platforms.

Building on this foundation, Yen transitioned to Oracle NetSuite, taking on the role of a Functional Consultant. For three years, they were instrumental in implementing and enhancing NetSuite's product features to meet the specific needs of onshore clients. Yen's proficiency extended to effectively presenting and demonstrating SuiteSolution applications to clients.

Currently, Yen has been contributing their skills and experience at SU for the past four years.
