I was in the Marine Corps from 2003-2015. This was my first introduction to ERP software and systems. When I left the Military, I became a Management Consultant and ISO Auditor. From there I continued to get my degree and work for the Governor of New Jersey to implement the REAL ID Program.

I began at Oracle after being recruited due to my work with the state and began as a Senior Consultant. During COVID I studied vigorously and eventually went into the Partner Space where I took leadership positions and honed my skills in Practice Management. Since then, I have led several successful practices and delivery teams.
